Terms and Conditions

Cancellation charges: within five days following your reservation, no charge; more than 30 days prior to departure, $50; 30 to 15 days prior to departure, $200.00; 14 to 8 days prior to departure, $500; 7 days or less prior to departure, payment in full.

The minimum age is 25 years. Drivers must hold a valid licence and provide proof of residence. No surcharges apply to additional drivers. Some geographic restrictions apply (including travel to Mexico or Alaska). Ask for details.

Our vehicle fleet is maintained in excellent mechanical condition. In the unlikely case of a mechanical malfunction, clients are authorized to have the necessary repairs performed up to a maximum cost of $100. If the cost exceeds $100, clients are required to call the rental centre to obtain prior authorization of repair work. Replaced parts must be returned to the rental centre to obtain a refund. Clients accept full responsibility for damage caused to camping car tires. Oil, tire pressure and coolants must be checked at each re-fuelling. The cost of oil purchased will be reimbursed as long as receipts are provided.

If the reserved vehicle is unavailable for any reason beyond the company's control, Location Camping-Cars Start Suites reserves the right to provide a replacement vehicle of equal or greater value at no additional charge. If the replacement vehicle is of lower value than the reserved vehicle, the company's liability is limited to reimbursing the difference in rates between the two vehicles. Although such occurrences are rare, accidents or mechanical malfunctions may require a replacement vehicle. In the event of breakdowns, the company's liability is limited to refunding the daily rental rate for the unused portion of the contract, at the company's discretion and based on its assessment of the circumstances.

Animals are not permitted in Star Suites camping cars. Smoking inside our vehicles is also prohibited.
